Access was easy and there was plenty of heating which was needed on the days I was there.

Bushwalking tracks and lookouts over the Blue Mountains Valley are at the end of the street. Winston Cottage is charming, lovingly furnished and in the perfect location in the Blue Mountains. We felt at home instantly as we stepped through the front door. The little things made all the difference, the super fast internet and all the condiments you need in the fridge and in the cupboards to make sandwiches or a salad - nice touches.

This historic property has been luxuriously renovated, and is surrounded by picturesque gardens. It features a fully-equipped kitchen. The living area offers an Italian leather lounge and a large TV. You can enjoy a relaxing soak in the claw-foot bathtub, or read a book in the sunny sitting room. It provides free private parking and BBQ facilities. Our second time at the cottage and once again a magical place for my kids and I to relax in and soak up the beauty and peaceful nature of Blackheath and the Blue Mountains more generally. We will be back again later this year for sure.

Beautiful property around with easy access to small trails directly from the house. Fresh eggs, veggies and fruits available. Nice bbq zone with a shed and a dam nearby. Quiet and calm atmosphere. A lot of things to do around – taste local apples and cider, visit Botanic garden as well as many lookouts to Blue Mountains. Definitely a place to visit and come back

The hotel is old in the best way. It was like stepping back in time. Very clean, the room was great and bed was comfortable. Heating provided in the room and fire places and plenty of chairs/lounges in the common areas to relax and read a book. Location was good, right next to the main street and train station so convenient but not at all noisy. Staff were super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. 5 min drive to the three sisters and a great night walk that everyone should do.
